Registration Fees
U7 (first year) - $200
U7 (returning) - $400
U9 - $500
U11 - $600
U13 - $650
U15 - $700
U18 - $750
Payment options:
Pay in full (100%) with registration.
Pay 50% with registration, 50% due September 15.
Pay 25% with registration, 25% July 31, 25% August 31, 25% September 15.
Registration must be completed IN FULL by June 30 to avoid the late registration fee. A bingo date must be submitted before registration can be confirmed. This means all forms turned in, bingo dates selected, minimum 25% registration fee paid, and deposit cheques (or credit card authorizations for deposits) turned in.
Players WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ICE until registration is complete, fees are paid in full, and all deposits have been turned in.
If a player is applying for Kidsport Oil Country Hockey Assist Program or other funding, PROOF of application must be submitted by the fee deadline (e.g. confirmation email for online submissions, copy of form for paper submissions). Kidsport applicants should select the St. Paul chapter for funding in Elk Point.
Please ensure that your respect in sport parent certification has not expired. If it has, you will be required to take a new course in its place called the shift forward - the evolving Hockey culture which can be accessed in your HCR portal. Registrations cannot be accepted unless one parent has a valid respect in sport and/or shift forward course.
Players transferring in from another association, please contact the Registrar for a paper registration package.
REGISTRATION FEES are due in full on September 15 and can be paid by eTransfer to etransfer@elkpointminorhockey.com; cash; cheque; post dated cheque(s); debit card; or credit card (a 3% fee will be added to cover the processing fee). Online credit card payments are available when you register online. There is a non-refundable processing fee for credit card payments made through HCR.
